well, your math is right. ish. think of it like this.
monday, i eat breakfast at 8am, lunch at 1pm and dinner at 5pm.
i should have my first poop on monday, 8pm, my second on tuesday at 1 am, my third on tuesday at 5am. then i’d eat my breakfast on tuesday at 8am and then poop again around 8pm on tuesday. Which would be three poops that tuesday if i’m pooping 12 hours after every meal. And the 3 poop pattern would be consistent for each day. Does that make more sense?

i need help bad im so sick. I can hardly function. I can stick both arms between my back. I work out everyday and eat all kinds of good healthy food but i think im very toxic every two weeks i get really really sick and i feel like my system gets shut down its like work out lose 10 lbs get sick gain it all back and do it again. i have serious allergies im allergic to everything. I have to sleep sitting up in order to breath im a single mom and i can barley function.

ive got a sticky out bum…. i havent got up and done the wall test but im guessing ill be able to fit my whole arm down there…. i had a baby like 5 months ago which means i have a sticky out tummy, and it annoys me, but i wanted an exercise to get rid of it…. i dont think my tummy is any thing to do with my spine and pelvis, is it???? x
