wow..what a great job..I started the Medifast Program on 2/17/09 so I am in like week 3.I started at 215. Goal is 60lbs. It was a little difficult in the first week, but now it has become easier. I had to do something.
I have been ashamed of my body for awhile. I was up to 268 when I had my son in June 2007, I lost a little, but always seemed to stay at the 220 mark for months.
Its videos like yours that has really given me some extra motivation. Where can I find the virtual body image?

can the shakes for medifast be replaced by the EAS brand shakes? The small ones are 120 cals (I think) w/ no carbs. The bigger ones 300 cals and no carbs. They taste great and are available at walmart.
